Contextualization

You can contextualize existing exhibitions – even without changing them. This is possible through narratives and trails of association, via multimedia, links or making use of the museum shop etc.

It only takes a tablet or maybe just a webpage for the guests to show more and tell more about the people who used the objects, showing links to other museums with similar objects, stories, treasure hunts etc. taking you through the exhibition or maybe telling that you might buy the vessel in the museum shop with a recipes for a meal that wasw maybe cooked in the original. You may have a copy to be handled or a place to try to make your own.

Your guests are curious and most of them want more than just look at things. Satisfy their curiosity.
